While a great deal of assistance has been given to those suffering overwhelming losses, the lingering impacts on homes that were only slightly damaged or in need of minor repairs have not been addressed. Many low-income families, who were already struggling, have had to put off minor but necessary home repairs. Three months later, they continue to go around the United States hosting packing parties for those in Haiti. This being our 5th year, we made a record number of boxes!
